Job Description
  1. Meet and greet all visitors, including new enquirers, friends, and family members of residents.
  2. Manage incoming telephone calls, take messages, and handle customer enquiries.
  3. Carry out daily walk-rounds of the home, ensuring company presentation standards are met.
  4. Responsible for the professional management of customer enquiries, updating details, and forwarding information to weekday admin and home manager.
  5. Offer brochures and literature to interested individuals.
Salary and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from £18,000 to £22,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
