About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Year 3 teacher to join our team in Maidstone, Kent. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality education and making a positive impact on the lives of our students.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Design and deliver engaging and challenging lessons for students in Year 3
  • Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Contribute to whole-school initiatives and developments, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and PGCE or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in teaching or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
