Job Summary:

Austin Fraser is recruiting for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic team at a primary school in Kettering. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to support the lead teacher in delivering high-quality education to children aged 3-7 years.

Job Description:

  • Support the lead teacher in planning and delivering engaging early years activities that promote learning and development.
  • Contribute to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters social, emotional, and educational growth in children.
  • Assist in assessing and monitoring children's progress, providing feedback to the Lead Teacher and contributing to their ongoing development.
  • Become an integral part of a collaborative team, working closely with teachers, parents, and colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ Level 2/3, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience working with children in an early years setting is essential.
  • A deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and its application in practice.

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this role is £36,500 - £43,500 based on a 5-day week.
