About the role:

The Head of International Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth across international markets by expanding the company's business-to-business (B2B) customer base and market penetration.

This involves developing and executing the group's export strategy for territories such as Asia, UAE, Australasia, South America, and Africa.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of successfully managing global sales operations and a deep understanding of international business practices, cultural nuances, and market dynamics.

Key responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a global sales team, including regional sales managers, account executives, and sales support staff.
  2. Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for international markets and create detailed plans to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  3. Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for different international regions.
  4. Leverage data analytics and market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key strategic customers, international partners, and potential high-value business clients.
  6. Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
About you
  • 10+ years of experience in international B2B sales, with a proven track record of successfully managing global sales operations.
  • Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Advanced negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is typically preferred.
  • Proficiency in the use of CRM systems is typically preferred.

Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: UK / EU / Asia.
