Salary

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £85+ per day, paid on a PAYE basis, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.00pm.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Graduate Learning Support Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Psychology or Criminology and a genuine motivation to work with vulnerable young people and those at risk of offending.

In this challenging school setting, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver key and personal/functional skills to students with SEMH, ADHD, Asperger's, OCD, Dyslexia, and other social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Psychology or Criminology, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
