About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Duty Manager at Fort Kinnaird. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management of the facility, ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities services, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in security and cleaning management. They will be able to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily operations, including control room and security team activities
  • Providing operational support to the Centre Management Team
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and security throughout the facility
  • Developing and implementing training programs for staff
  • Conducting audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
