MDH Recruitment (Scotland) Ltd is seeking a skilled Assembly Operator to join our client's manufacturing team in Coatbridge, North Lanarkshire.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment with a focus on efficiency and safety.
- Monitor production processes, making adjustments to machinery as needed to ensure high-quality production output.
- Ensure a high standard of housekeeping and Health & Safety is maintained at all times.
- Always adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Technical knowledge of production processes.
- Ability to meet production deadlines.
The ideal candidate should have technical production experience and come from a manufacturing environment.
About the Role:This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will work a week of dayshift, then a week of backshift, with a half day every Friday. The role involves working both shift patterns on a weekly rotating basis.
No weekend work is required, and the candidate will be paid an enhanced rate for any overtime worked.
Hours of Work:
- Dayshift: 6am-2pm - £ Weekly pay (half day on a Friday)
- Backshift: 2pm-10pm - £ Weekly pay (half day on a Friday)
- Nightshift: 10pm - 6am - £ Weekly pay (half day on a Friday)
