This is an exciting opportunity to join AECOM's dynamic Procurement Operations team and contribute to the development of strategies for successful programs and projects procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation across the region and drive procurement governance.
- Enhance AECOM ESG performance by collaboratively working with the supply chain to reduce Scope 3 emissions.
- Present procurement and buy-side contracting processes to stakeholders in an effective manner in the infrastructure industry.
- Lead, develop, and execute procurement and buy-side contracting strategies and plans.
- Implement Source-to-Pay (S2P) policies, processes, and procedures, improving service level to Operations and Supply Chain.
- Understand Coupa eProcurement modules, DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and actively support users within the region.
- Liaise between Business Units, Global Business Services (GBS), and Procurement Support Centre (PSC).
- Escalate best and final contract changes to Legal, budget owner, and insurance exception reviews.
- Centrally archive subcontract, procurement, and insurance documentation.
- Complete contract closeout and supplier notices.
- Support ESG supplier engagement to achieve net-zero targets.
- Conduct data analysis for informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Experience in engineering, procurement, and construction environments.
- Understanding of legal terminology related to procurement.
- Competency to perform procurement and contract management functions.
- Proven record of accomplishment in coaching peers in existing processes and best practices.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, economics, or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and related experience.
- Certified Member of Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply chain (CIPS) or other relevant professional certification.
