Job Summary:

RBW Consulting is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Leadership Expert to join our team. As a crucial member of our Quality team, you will be responsible for managing a small team and overseeing quality activities across all European facilities.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of quality professionals and play a significant part in the way quality assurance is adopted and implemented business-wide. You will be responsible for leadership, hands-on coaching, mentoring, and training. A key aspect of the role will be to manage a team and remain fully hands-on in all areas of quality, including systems oversight, operational delivery, and validation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small team of quality professionals and provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and training.
  • Oversee quality activities across all European facilities, ensuring compliance with GMP regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement quality systems, procedures, and policies to ensure operational delivery and validation activities meet business needs.
  • Lead auditing and investigation activities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality assurance is integrated into all business processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a QA leadership role, preferably in a GMP environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Hands-on experience in quality activities, including systems oversight, operational delivery, and validation.
  • Audit experience is essential, with a lead auditor background preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience of validation activities, including QMS oversight.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a comprehensive pension scheme, generous annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
