Lead Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist to lead our team in developing and implementing machine learning solutions for personalisation and recommendation.

About the Role:

  • Develop and deploy end-to-end machine learning projects to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science into business operations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of data scientists to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Design and implement predictive models, segmentation, and personalisation-based solutions using Python, SQL, Databricks, and GCP/Azure.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a STEM field (Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science).
  • Proven experience in personalisation, segmentation, and CRM with a focus on retail-driven customer analytics.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing a team of data scientists.
  • Experience with PySpark, Azure, Databricks, and GCP is a plus.
