Job Title: Automotive Social Media Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media / Community Manager to join our team at First Recruitment Services. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media content strategy that drives brand awareness and generates new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a social media content plan that aligns with our business objectives
  2. Design and implement engaging organic social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  3. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to amplify our brand presence on LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest B2B sales and marketing trends and tools to maximize the impact of social content
  5. Work with strategic brand partners to create original social media content that resonates with our target audience
  6. Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across multiple social media channels
  7. Deliver monthly social media reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  8. Engage with our community through email newsletters and other communication channels
  9. Design, write, and create content for newsletters to engage our target audience
  10. Oversee customer feedback and escalations on Google and TrustPilot
  11. Organize the promotion of online and offline events such as webinars, meet-ups, and event sponsorships
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in B2B Social Media Marketing, including strong LinkedIn marketing knowledge
  2. Experience with HubSpot and other marketing automation tools
  3. Community management experience, including email marketing and newsletters
