As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering a holistic and integrated approach to care, working closely with our management team and other colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to young people, including providing emotional support, guidance, and protection.
  • Assist the management team in providing a safe and supportive environment for young people, including maintaining a clean and safe living space.
  • Record keeping and administration, including maintaining accurate records of young people\u2019s progress and development.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Full UK manual driver\u2019s license and access to a vehicle.
  • Minimum age of 21 due to the needs of the young people.
  • Experience working in health and social care is advantageous, but not essential as full training and induction are provided.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
