New Build Plot Assistant

TSR Legal Recruitment is pleased to be working with a prestigious Legal 500 firm based in Farnborough, which is actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic New Build Plot Assistant to join their growing team.

About the Role

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an entry-level candidate who is looking to gain valuable experience within a highly respected law firm. The position focuses on providing comprehensive support to the firm's New Build Plot Sales team, where the successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of tasks related to legal administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate records and managing case files
  • Assisting with correspondence and ensuring that all communications are dealt with promptly and professionally
  • Working closely with solicitors, clients, developers, and third-party contacts to ensure that the entire process is carried out efficiently and in compliance with the firm's high standards
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will be liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
