Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a Plot Purchasing Assistant to join their New Build team. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients and Fee Earners to progress files efficiently.
  • Assist with workload management and case load running.
  • Review client paperwork, conduct ID checks, and finalize onboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with AML and other regulatory requirements.
  • Order searches, report to clients and lenders, and exchange contracts.
  • Liaise with lenders, sellers, and developers to progress client files.
  • Attend site visits to support business development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • GCSEs Grade 9 to 4, including Maths and English, and a full driving license.
