Salary
This exciting opportunity offers a salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on your skills and experience. This figure reflects the demands of the role, the location, and industry standards.
Job Description
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining team excellence and providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our management team, you will support the General Manager in driving business success and achieving our objectives. Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with the General Manager to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
- Fostering a positive work culture and leading by example
- Developing and executing sales strategies to boost revenue
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting to inform business decisions
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Supervisor in restaurants, bars, cafés or coffee shops
- Knowledge of sales development, forecasting, paperwork, reporting, recruitment, and HR practices
- Natural leadership skills and a genuine passion for hospitality and people management
- Self-motivation and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
