About the Role

Randstad Care Careers is seeking an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Carlisle. As a Social Worker for Children with Disabilities, you will work with children and their families to provide support, care, and resources to enhance their well-being and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of children with disabilities, ensuring their needs are assessed and supported.
  • Develop and implement care plans that focus on the well-being, safety, and development of each child.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide safeguarding support where needed.
  • Advocate for children and ensure their voices are heard in decision-making processes.
