Job Title: Retail Deputy Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Deputy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store management team, you'll be responsible for leading by example, inspiring our customers to read, learn, create, and play more, and creating unforgettable moments that leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take charge of the store when the Store Manager is unavailable, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Foster a store atmosphere that's enjoyable, welcoming, and inclusive, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Drive retail sales and achieve high performance across all key performance indicators (KPIs), demonstrating progress and growth.
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies, ensuring excellent standards and impeccable product presentation.
  • Lead and coach the team, providing guidance and support to ensure each customer receives an outstanding retail experience.
  • Utilize your product knowledge and charm to introduce additional offerings, driving sales and customer engagement.
