Job Description
We have an opening for a skilled Facilities Operations Engineer to join our team at Booker Limited's Fareham Distribution Centre. The successful candidate will have a strong background in building services, electrical and mechanical systems. As a Facilities Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Distribution Centre runs smoothly by performing general repairs and planned maintenance of the site and equipment. You will also need to ensure that we meet legal compliance for maintenance, maintain accurate records, manage third-party service contracts, and monitor maintenance spend within budget.

Main Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair throughout the Distribution Centre
- Ensure legal compliance for maintenance
- Maintain accurate records for building and equipment maintenance
- Manage third-party service contracts
- Monitor maintenance spend within budget

You Will Need
- Good working knowledge of building services, electrical/mechanical systems such as Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration
- Experience of working to required H&S standards
- IOSH managing safely would be beneficial

Benefits
- Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Opportunity to work in a fast-paced 24/7 environment
- Occasional call-outs and weekend work may be required
