Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management professional to join our team at ALOIS Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT incidents and problems, ensuring minimal disruption to our services.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• English language proficiency to CEFR C1 or above
• Approximately 5 years' technical experience
• Proven experience in chairing Major Incident / Root Cause Analysis calls and coordinating workstreams with global teams/vendors
• Excellent knowledge/experience of IT Incident and Problem Management
• Ability to create effective communications for a wide audience
• Expertise in Service Management processes and best practice, including ITIL
• Supplier management experience in an outsource or SIAM partnership
• Strong stakeholder management skills, preferably in a multi-customer scenario
• Experience with ServiceNow and a broad range of IT services and disciplines
• Leadership experience in IT Service Management
