Key Responsibilities:- Review available positions and candidate requirements to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Communicate effectively with the HR team to ensure all recruiting-related duties are completed efficiently.
- Post job applications on various job sites and manage the resume database to attract top talent.
- Assist the hiring team in screening candidate resumes, contacting references, and verifying education requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and communicate with candidates to set up interviews.
- Manage the recruitment software and database systems to track open positions and candidate progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience working as a junior recruiter or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of recruitment software and database systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced interpersonal skills, critical thinking skills, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to conduct interviews over the phone and via live chat.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who can work on rotation shifts, including day, back, and night shifts, from Monday to Sunday. The shifts are as follows:
- 06:00-14:00
- 14:00-22:00
- 09:00-17:00
- 22:00-06:00
