About the Role:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive events strategy to drive fundraising growth and achieve income targets.
- Lead a team of fundraisers to plan, execute, and evaluate events, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Community, Events, Products team, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Identify opportunities for income growth and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Manage and motivate a team of fundraisers to achieve their best performance and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leadership and team management, with a track record of achieving income targets and driving fundraising growth.
