About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Domestic Electrical Installation Technician to join our team at Bluebell Building Group Ltd, a Property Maintenance Company based in Warlingham Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing company with a focus on Technical Skill & Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and planned installations for Domestic and Small commercial properties.
  • Emergency electrical works, lighting installations, and Nest / Hive thermostat installations.
  • Electric boiler installations, full or part re-wiring, cooker / hob installations, and EICR's.
  • Consumer Unit (fusebox) upgrades / replacements and EV Charging point installations.

Requirements:

  • A full clean U.K driving license.
  • At least 5 Years Experience in electrical installations.
  • Own basic tools and ability to provide 2 work references and examples.
  • Live within 10 miles of our Head Office CR6 9DS and reliably commute / confident driving in and around London.

Licenses / Certifications:

  • Level 3 Electrical Installations Diploma, Level 3 NVQ Electrical, City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations, and AM2.
  • City & Guilds 2391 (Preferred).
