Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced domestic electrician to join our team at Bluebell Building Group Ltd. As a property maintenance company based in Warlingham Surrey, we cover a wide area including South West London, Kent, and Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and planned installations for domestic and small commercial properties
- Work on emergency electrical works, lighting installations, and Nest/Hive thermostats
- Install electric boilers, full or part re-wiring, cooker/hob installations, and EV charging points
- Conduct EICR's and consumer unit upgrades/replacements

Requirements:

- 5 years of experience in reactive maintenance, fault finding, and testing
- Full clean UK driving license
- Ability to provide 2 work references and examples
- Live within 10 miles of our Head Office CR6 9DS

Licenses and Certifications:

- Level 3 Electrical Installations Diploma
- Level 3 NVQ Electrical
- City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations
- AM2
- City & Guilds 2391 (Preferred)
