About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader Residential to join our team at Brook Street UK. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in shaping the direction of our residential care service. You will lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and inspiring your team to achieve outstanding results.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the operation of our residential home, ensuring that all aspects of care are delivered to the highest standard. You will work closely with colleagues to recruit, train, and develop staff, as well as contribute to policy development and implementation. You will be accountable for managing budgets, resources, and facilities, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

To succeed in this challenging yet rewarding role, you will need to possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will have extensive experience of working in children's social care or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services. Your expertise will enable you to make informed decisions, manage conflicts, and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration. An estimated annual salary of £28,000, plus benefits, awaits the successful candidate.

Shift patterns: 3-week rolling rota, covering shifts between 8am-11pm, with sleep-ins.
