Are you passionate about early childhood education and committed to delivering high-quality service delivery within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework?
Role Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our primary school in Wellingborough. In this role, you will work in partnership with the Nursery, Reception Teacher, or Lead Professional to help meet the aims of the Nursery, contributing to the planning and implementation of educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework in collaboration with the teaching staff.
- Assist in planning and implementing educational activities and play opportunities to foster children's development.
- Work closely with the Nursery, Reception Teacher, or Lead Professional to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
- Take on some responsibility for planning parts of the curriculum and participate fully in its implementation.
- Support the overall policy and curriculum planning, ensuring a nurturing and inclusive environment for children to thrive.
Requirements:
- Qualifications and experience in early childhood education.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service delivery within the EYFS Framework.
