Senior Human Resources Professional

At Stonyhurst College, we recognize the importance of investing in our staff and creating a positive work environment. To achieve this goal, we seek a skilled HR professional to fill the position of Human Resources Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function, including managing recruitment processes, developing policies and procedures, and providing support to line managers. This is a key role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a range of benefits, including company pension, cycle to work scheme, discounted or free food, employee discount, enhanced maternity leave, free parking, gym membership, health & wellbeing programme, life insurance, on-site gym, on-site parking, and sick pay.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in an HR role, with a proven track record of success in areas such as recruitment, training and development, and performance management.
