About the Role

We're seeking an ambitious Executive Chef to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients. Your shift pattern will include full-time hours on Monday nights, Tuesday through Friday days, with some flexibility required.

  • Prepare delicious, high-quality food that meets client expectations
  • Oversee menu changes and identify opportunities to improve food services
  • Support new menu creation and innovative food concepts
  • Represent Defence and maintain a positive brand image

Key Requirements
  • Passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
  • City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
