Job Overview

CV Library is seeking a talented Architectural Design Manager to lead our design team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile projects and develop your skills in Building Safety Act 2022 regulations.

As Senior Principal Designer Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that all design work complies with Building Safety requirements. You will work closely with Housing Association and Local Authority clients, delivering all Principal Designer services in accordance with the Building Safety Act 2022 (BSA).

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 + industry leading benefits package. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and approving design plans and specifications.
  • Ensuring that designers/consultants comply with Building Regulations.
  • Providing training and support to Clients and colleagues.
  • Developing and implementing design strategies to meet client needs.
