About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Design Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong design background, experience in RIBA stages 4 & 5, and excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and collaborating closely with a diverse team
  • Preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documents
  • Conducting site visits and surveys to gather necessary information
  • Ensuring compliance with building standards, regulations, and codes throughout the design process

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture – RIBA or equivalent
  • Experience in RIBA stages 4 & 5
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
