Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HV Technical Supervisor to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a HV Technical Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of our client sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our facility management team on site.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor the performance of on-site staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and maintain excellent relationships.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or operational issues promptly.
  • Prepare reports on site activities, including progress, performance, and budgetary information.
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to consistently deliver high-quality services.
  • Manage and schedule resources efficiently, including staff, equipment, and materials.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a site supervisor or in a similar role within the facility management industry.
  • Electrical background (e.g. City & Guild 236, 2330 or any equivalent qualification).
  • Previous HV experience (IS A MUST).
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and facility management best practices.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems relevant to facility management.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
