Job Title: HV Supervisor

Location: St Pauls

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm & 9am-6pm

Pay: £60,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HV Supervisor to join our team at 4Recruitment Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical services, as well as carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake the maintenance and repair of electrical services
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and complete associated paperwork and reports
  • Respond to reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete associated paperwork
  • Provide electrically biased support to a multidisciplined team on a large research and development site
  • Support the wider team in other areas where required related to customer requirements
  • Respond promptly and effectively to all electrically related reactive maintenance issues and help desk requests
  • Diagnose electrical faults associated with planned preventative maintenance or reactive maintenance
  • Keep the CAFM system updated with works carried out
  • Ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and maintain accurate records/documentation associated with electrical aspects of the PPM and plant
  • Work with specialist sub-contractors associated with electrical aspects of the PPM schedules
  • Liaise with relevant managers on a daily basis to confirm all works are going to plan and no delays

Person Specification:

  • Must have 3+ years facilities maintenance experience in the UK
  • Must have previous supervisory experience
  • Must be fully qualified electrically
  • 18th Edition
