Your primary objective will be to maximize profit by driving sales and controlling costs.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of leading or supervising a team, with a passion for delivering memorable customer experiences. You will possess great communication skills, be comfortable making decisions, and able to work on your own initiative under pressure. In this role, you will be expected to process stock counts and orders, partner with the store manager in setting targets for the team, and provide coaching and feedback to team members.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,500 per annum, plus an annual bonus up to £3,445pa*.
