Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care and support to residents, promoting independence and dignity
  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting concerns to senior team members or managers
  • Participate in community activities and outings with residents, promoting social inclusion and engagement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of residents' care and support

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and caring approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
