About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team at Oakwood Gardens, a specialist care home supporting adults with learning difficulties and autism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, promoting independence and dignity
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting concerns to senior team members or managers
  • Participate in community activities, such as outings and events, to enhance residents' quality of life
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent care outcomes

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and caring approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work as part of a team and adapt to changing situations
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle (for some roles)
