Salary and Benefits
We offer an estimated £12.50 per hour salary, plus benefits including paid mileage, early pay app, referral bonuses, holiday entitlement, pension scheme, apprenticeship opportunities, and nationally recognized qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
This role involves providing companionship, supporting personal care, helping with mobility, overseeing medication, and assisting with household tasks. You'll also have the opportunity to run errands and contribute to creating a comfortable living environment for our clients.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be adaptable, kind-hearted, and able to put others first. You should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable working independently or as part of a team. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are required.
