About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SMT Assembly Technician to join our team at Redline Group Ltd. As an SMT Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly of electronic components using Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electronic components using SMT equipment
  • Operate and maintain SMT machines, including Mycronic and Mydata
  • Ensure high-quality assembly and meet production targets
  • Collaborate with the production team to achieve production goals

Requirements:

  • Strong background in SMT, PCB, and Final Product Assembly processes and techniques
  • Good knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques, including OPF, Lean, and 5S
  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualifications
  • Strong working knowledge of electronic assembly and processes, including IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience leading a team
  • Experience working with Mycronic or Mydata machines
