Structural Repair Technician

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Fabric Engineer to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out fabric maintenance duties and other tasks in commercial buildings.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience working with a leading FM Service Provider. If you have experience working as a Fabric maintenance engineer and hold relevant qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
Salary and Benefits:
* Hourly rate of £19, paid via umbrella
* Parking facilities on site
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out fabric maintenance duties including plumbing, carpentry, tiling, painting and decorating, plastering, and fixing furniture.
* Assisting with the installation of new sinks, urinals, and toilets.
* Unblocking drains and toilets.
* Hanging doors, installing new locks, and assembling furniture.
Requirements:
* Experience working as a Fabric maintenance engineer
* Relevant qualifications such as Plumbing and Carpentry (C&G or NVQ)
* Good communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
