Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of new learning solutions, from needs assessment to execution and rollout.
- Collaborate with internal design center of expertise teams to co-create product scopes and align the development process with organizational strategies.
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives and programs on learner performance, knowledge acquisition, skill development, and behavior change.
- Develop and implement performance metrics and indicators, collect and analyze data on learning outcomes and achievements, and measure the ROI and business impact of learning investments.
- Optimize utilization of learning technologies, Gen-AI, processes, and tools for scalable program delivery, skill building, and performance enhancement.
- Prior experience in consulting services, preferably in learning and development.
- Strong expertise in performance analysis and learning evaluation and transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects, including Agile project management and leading cross-functional teams within SCRUM framework.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in learning.
- Certification in project management and Agile methodologies.
