About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Lifeguard. As a Trainee Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests in the pool and on the flumes in our Splash Waterworld. You will work closely with our experienced lifeguards to develop your skills and knowledge in lifeguarding and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the pool area to ensure guest safety
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
- Participate in poolside activities and events
- Develop your skills and knowledge in lifeguarding and customer service
About You
We are looking for someone who is a strong swimmer with excellent attention to detail. You should be able to work well in a team and have a natural ability to engage and relate with a wide range of people. If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that's great, but we will also put you through your NPLQ course to give you all the training you need to start your career in lifeguarding.
