Lifeguard Trainee

Our Waterworld is a vibrant and exciting place to work, where you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests. As a Lifeguard Trainee, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our pools and flumes are safe and enjoyable for everyone.
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a natural ability to engage and relate with a wide range of people. You'll need to be a strong swimmer with fantastic attention to detail to ensure you can monitor the pool at busy times. If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, we'd love to hear from you. However, we're also happy to support you with gaining your NPLQ with us too.
You'll work alongside a great team but there will be times where you're supervising areas independently. Our business is open 7 days a week, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are all essential. As a key member of our team, you'll be expected to provide exceptional customer service and promote a fun and safe environment for our guests.
