About the Role
The Store Leader will be responsible for leading a team of stylists to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth in the store. This role will involve overseeing daily store operations, managing team performance, and ensuring that all processes are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of stylists to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stockroom organization
- Manage team performance, including coaching, training, and development
- Ensure that all processes are running smoothly, including customer service, sales, and inventory management
- Work closely with the management team to achieve store targets and KPIs
- Proactively manage people matters, including return to work interviews, performance management, and attendance
- Create and implement floor plans and rotas to ensure the store is set up for success
Requirements
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and achieving targets
- Strong business acumen, with experience in inventory management, visual merchandising, and stockroom organization
- Ability to work collaboratively with the management team to achieve store targets and KPIs
- Proven track record of delivering results and achieving targets in a retail environment
