Floor Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at AllSaints in Cambridge. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading and developing a high-performing sales team, and driving sales growth through effective visual merchandising and store operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and visual display.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and implement business initiatives.
- Proactively manage people matters, including performance management, attendance, and return-to-work interviews.
- Create and implement floor plans and rotas to ensure efficient store operations and maximize sales potential.
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong visual merchandising skills, with the ability to create engaging and effective store displays.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
