Collision Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Collision Repair Technician to join our dynamic team in Carlisle.
About the Role:
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in repairing or repainting accident-damaged vehicles, fitting parts, and ensuring all work aligns with estimates.
- Responsibilities include performing timely and accurate repairs as per estimates and insurance company guidelines, maximising Bodyshop labour sales.
- Work must be completed to the highest standard of quality, minimising rework and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Skills:
- Excellent welding skills and experience with various types of vehicles.
- Able to work efficiently and effectively within agreed timeframes.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
