Service and Repair Technician Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team at a main dealer in Carlisle. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repair duties on a range of vehicles.

Job Description:

  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair duties on a range of vehicles.
  • Conduct visual health checks to ensure vehicles are roadworthy.
  • Deal with customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure all jobs are completed smoothly and deadlines are met.
  • Develop and maintain technical skills in electrics and diagnostics.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a fully qualified Level 2 or 3 Vehicle Technician with a valid UK driving licence. Ideally, you will have experience working in a similar environment, such as an independent garage, fast-fit centre, or main dealer workshop.

The salary for this role is approximately £40,000 per annum, based on the national average for a Vehicle Technician in the UK. However, we offer a competitive package that includes bonuses and benefits.
