About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assembly Manufacturing Manager to lead our factory work operation in the execution of the overall production plan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving down process cost and ensuring the manufacture and/or delivery of product to customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and coordinate production loading plans with cross-sectional Managers to meet production output.
  2. Identify and address training needs to maintain quality output in accordance with the Quality Procedures.
  3. Implement working practices to reduce health and safety risks to as low as is reasonably practicable.
  4. Lead a team within a high-density business and drive a culture of lean and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  1. Supervisory / Management Educated
  2. Sound knowledge of lean and problem-solving tools
  3. Previous experience of leading a team within a high-density business
  4. Demonstrable experience of driving a culture of lean and continuous improvement
  5. Familiar user of Microsoft packages
