We are looking for a Hardware Development Manager at IC Resources to lead the development of cutting-edge life sciences and medical technologies. This role involves overseeing the design and development of electronics and firmware, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of digital/analogue electronics, firmware, and FPGA VHDL design.
  • Development of system architectures and schematics (Altium Designer preferred).
  • Creation of prototypes, testing, and troubleshooting products.
  • Ensure EMC compliance and facilitate manufacturing transfer.
  • Mentor junior engineers as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive experience in hardware design.
  • Proficiency in embedded programming (C, FPGA VHDL). Familiarity with additional programming languages like C++, Python, or Java is an asset.
  • Familiarity with PCB layout tools and EMC standards.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, communication, and self-motivation skills.

This role comes with a competitive salary of $62,500-$72,500 annually.
