The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Therapeutic Care Assistant. As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children aged 6-17 who require therapeutic interventions.

Your main duties will include:

  • Providing one-to-one therapeutic care and support to children with complex needs
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care and household chores
  • Supporting the children's educational and social development through engagement in various activities and outings
  • Maintaining accurate records of the children's progress and participation in activities
