- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient care and service delivery.">
- Promote a safe and positive working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and infection control measures.">
- Engage in continuous professional development, attending training sessions and keeping up to date with the latest advancements in mental health nursing.">
Requirements:

- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification with a valid NMC pin.">
- Previous experience working in a mental health setting is highly desirable.">
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of mental health conditions and treatments.">
