Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team to develop and review care plans that promote health, well-being, and independence.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all care activities and clinical observations.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold the home''s commitment to excellence in care.
  • Provide guidance and support to healthcare assistants and other team members to foster a collaborative and caring environment.
