About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at IWS M&E, part of South Staffordshire Plc.

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of electrical engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of all projects on time and within agreed budgets. You will be expected to take responsibility for efficient planning and utilisation of resources available, maintenance of high standards of quality, health and safety, and liaison with clients as required.

The role requires flexible working hours and business travel. You will be based at our offices/depot in Altham, reporting to the Operations Manager.

IWS M&E provides pump diagnostics and refurbishment, project management, telemetry, chemical dosing and control, instrumentation installation and maintenance, environmental management, plant and infrastructure maintenance and emergency response services. We deliver cost-efficient solutions for water, wastewater and environmental problems 24 hours a day, 365 days a year across the UK.

Requirements
  • Qualified to at least BS7671 17th Edition Electrical Regulations, BS7671 Inspection, test and verification and Electrical Installation 2360 Parts 1&2 or NVQ Level 3 equivalent.
  • Prior supervisory experience including planning and organisation of resources and budget control.
  • A driving licence is required for this role.

Compensation Package

Competitive salary dependent on experience and qualifications (£40,000 - £60,000 per annum) plus overtime and a company vehicle.
